Your season pass will be handed over to you upon arrival. Please select the date you plan to visit and the pick-up location.
If you are picking up your items at a "Day Trip Ski Center, " please check the opening hours in advance.
If you wish to change your planned visit date, please call us by 4:00 PM on the day before your visit.

Precautions

Please remit payment within 5 days of applying. The procedure will be completed once we have confirmed the remittance.
Applications and payments for early bird season tickets must be made by Sunday, December 14, 2025.
This ticket is valid from the opening date of business in 2025 until the closing date in spring 2026. Please note that the closing date may change depending on snowfall and other conditions. Please note that there will be no refunds or fare differences due to shortened opening hours, etc.
Please note that the ski area, slope specifications, lift operating times, etc. may be changed without notice due to events, weather conditions, or other circumstances.
If you would like your order sent in advance, please add 600 yen for shipping to the "Total Application Amount" field.
This ticket cannot be used at the "Two Kids Parks" (Snow Palette and Kindergarten). However, by presenting this ticket, you can purchase a "Kids Park Admission Ticket" for half price, 750 yen, instead of 1,500 yen.
This is a season pass with a photo on it and is only valid for the person whose name is on the ticket.
Once this ticket has been handed over, it will not be reissued or refunded under any circumstances, including loss or theft.
Please carry it with you at all times.
Transferring or lending this ticket to others is prohibited.
If we discover any unauthorized use, we will collect the ticket on the spot and collect any fees for the unauthorized use.
Counterfeiting this ticket or fraudulently changing the information on it is prohibited.
If we find you entering dangerous areas such as off-course, causing an avalanche, or driving recklessly, your ticket will be confiscated.
Even if you purchase a season pass, you may not be able to stay on days when the hotel is fully booked or booked.
