This is the ski resort's general counter where you can purchase lift tickets and make reservations for rentals, activities, and ski lessons.
Business hours: Weekdays 8:00~, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays 7:30~17:00 (reception until 15:30)

How to ship to your home
We accept parcel shipments at the "Home Delivery Service Reception (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)" on the 1st floor of "Minakami Kogen Hotel 200".
Payment is by cash only. Please be aware of this in advance.
Please note that skis and snowboards are not permitted inside the hotel.
However, you can only bring in items with the cover on (packaged in a way that allows for shipping).
If you bring it in by 4:00 PM, we can deliver it the next day depending on your area. We also accept cash on delivery and prepayment.
