Please contact the "Takkyubin Shipping Reception (9:00-17:00)" on the first floor of "Minakami Kogen Hotel 200."
Please note that payment must be made in cash.
Please note that skis and snowboards are not permitted inside the hotel.
However, you can only bring in items with the cover on (packaged in a way that allows for shipping).
If you bring it in by 4:00 PM, we can deliver it the next day depending on your area. We also accept cash on delivery and prepayment.
